- How fast can you get to me?
- For most of the Nashville metro area we aim for the fastest possible response and prioritize roadside and safety situations. Submit a tow request and note if you're in an unsafe spot so we can prioritize immediate dispatch.
- Do you use a flatbed?
- Yes. We run flatbed equipment for damage-free transport — which is the right call for lowered cars, AWD/4WD vehicles, exotics, and anything that won't roll or steer. When you request a tow we ask about drivetrain and condition so we bring the correct truck.
- Can you tow a vehicle that won't start or won't roll?
- Yes. Non-running and non-rolling vehicles are routine for us — just let us know its condition (does it roll and steer, are the keys available) when you request the tow so we arrive prepared.
- Where will you tow my vehicle?
- Wherever you need — your home, a repair shop, or our service. Not sure where it should go? Choose "advise me" on the request and we'll help you decide. Because we're also a mobile mechanic, we can often diagnose and repair right after the tow.
- What does a tow cost?
- Pricing depends on distance, vehicle condition, and the equipment needed. Submit a request with your pickup and destination and we'll confirm details before any work begins — no surprises.

- Nashville and roughly 60 miles in every direction — Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Sumner, Wilson, Cheatham, and Robertson Counties, plus into Southern Kentucky.
